About the Author
Clifford J. Schexnayder is Eminent Scholar Emeritus at the Del E. Webb School of Construction at Arizona State University. He has worked with major construction contractors as field engineer, estimator, and corporate chief engineer and is the author of Construction Planning, Equipment, & Methods and Construction Management Fundamentals.

Christine Fiori is the department head of the Engineering Management Studies and the Program Director of the Construction Management Program at Drexel University. She previously served as Associate Director of the Myers-Lawson School of Construction at Virginia Tech.
